My focus in therapy is helping people understand how their brains are impacted by mental health. This includes how Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a tool to break unhelpful negative thinking loops that people can get trapped in. I am always learning new evidenced- based therapies to help people find the confidence to succeed in their recovery.
